About the position:
? Oversees the quality, service and cost-effectiveness of care delivered in the Surgical Services Department
? Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel engaged in providing care to patients
? Accountable for creating a culture consistent with Jefferson Healthcare organizational values and service standards
? Maintains knowledge of and assures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
? Ensures department activities and outcomes are aligned with the strategic plan and the organization's mission, vision and values
Expectations:
? Provides work direction or instructions, usually one-on-one, such as coaching, negotiating, selling and or making group presentations
? Supervisory responsibility, usually consisting of skilled and semi-skilled employees
? Independently examines complex information and/or situations evaluates potential impact, options, and makes recommendations
? Operates complex equipment, often-requiring education or training
? Demonstrates an entrepreneurial, business ownership leadership style

Candidate
Qualifications:
? Able to obtain a RN license in the state of Washington
? 10
years of Surgical Services experience
? Expansive surgical services experience including PACU and Central Sterilization
? A minimum of 2
years in a leadership / Surgical Services
? Current BLS, ACLS and Procedural Sedation required
? BSN required, MSN (or the ability to complete in two years preferred)
? CNOR (or the ability to complete one year from date of hire) required
? Able to scrub and circulate for continued education, precepting new staff and assisting as needed
? Track record of improving productivity and reducing costs
? Highly competent with EMR platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, (word, outlook, excel) and able to leverage technology for improved performance
? Business acumen- Budgetary experience and a track record of fiscal responsibility and growing revenue
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is very competitive and based on years of RN management experience, (surgical services). Relocation assistance is available and based on total distance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
